Our Camillus office is open 364 days a year. A receptionist is available at both our Camillus and Liverpool offices Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The Camillus office receptionist is available starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All routine appointments, prescription renewals, and routine questions are handled during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Patients are seen by appointment during the following office hours:

Medical questions are handled by a pediatric nurse who will return your call as soon as possible. Physicians will return calls when conditions require and/or permit. Please note that the telephones are especially busy in the morning so you may be out on hold.
Well visits
Well-child checkups are scheduled with your primary pediatrician during regular office hours. We recommend scheduling these checkups three to four months in advance.
Sick visits
Sick visits are scheduled for the same day that you call.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, and contact us with any change in address, home or work telephone numbers, or insurance provider.
