Well Visits​

Well visits are scheduled with your primary care pediatrician during regular office hours. We recommend scheduling these checkups 3-4 months in advance.

Prescription Renewals
& Routine Appointments

All prescription renewals, routine questions and appointments are handled during normal business hours, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.

Sick Visits​

Sick and acute visits are scheduled for the same day that you call. Mon-Fri 9a to 5p in Camillus and Liverpool. Sat-Sun 9a to 12p in Camillus only.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment, change address, phone number, or insurance provider.

Patient Requests

After Hour Calls

Our night and weekend “On Call” service offers advice from trained pediatric nurses when our office is closed. These nurses have access to one of our Pediatricians if the problem is beyond their scope of experience. If you have a non-emergent question or problem, it is best to call during regular business hours. We can give you more consistent advice during the day and the daytime nurse can get advice from your primary physician regarding your question.

In some cases, your child’s injury or illness may need evaluation at an emergency facility. We recommend the Pediatric Urgent Care at Upstate Community Hospital Campus (4900 Broad Road, Syracuse) or the Pediatric Emergency Room at SUNY Upstate Hospital (750 East Adams Street, Syracuse). At both of these locations, your child will be seen by physicians trained in pediatric emergencies. We do not recommend the other area emergency rooms or urgent care settings as these facilities use physicians and mid-level providers that have much less experience with children.
