To our valued patients and community, we would like to provide an important office update:

During these unprecedented times, we're seeing an extremely high demand for pediatric services, while at the same time, a decline in medical staffing availability.

Due to these circumstances, we are implementing the following policy:
- We are TEMPORARILY not accepting new patients, except for newborns

Our phone lines have been extremely busy, your wait time may be longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience.

Additionally, same-day sick appointments may not be available, however, we will try our very best to see each and every patient as soon as possible.

Starting on the weekend of September 10th, we will have flu clinics at our Camillus office (A.M. only). Patients need to call (315) 487-1541 to schedule appointments. We will have flu clinics in September, October, and November as needed.

We are now offering the COVID-19 vaccine for children 6 months through 4 years of age.

Due to availability, the office will be administering the Pfizer Vaccine as a 3-dose series with the first 2 doses given 3 weeks apart and the 3rd dose given 8 weeks after the 2nd dose. We will be scheduling this age group on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Additionally, on Thursdays we will continue to administer COVID-19 vaccines for the 5-11 year age group.

Dr. Boulware is a native of Syracuse and graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Biology and minor in Psychology. She attended medical school at New York Medical College where she also earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health. She then completed a pediatric residency followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the University of Rochester. Dr. Boulware has been practicing general pediatrics in the Syracuse area since 2020, prior to joining Pediatric Associates in July of 2022. Her personal time is spent enjoying family time with her husband and daughter, as well as reading and traveling.
