Pediatrician Career

We are looking for passionate Pediatric Physicians to join our dynamic team!

  • ​As an employed physician, you’ll have the chance to step into the partnership track after just 2 years.

  • Enjoy a fantastic full-time schedule of 4 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with only 1 weekend shift a month!

  • Experience minimal call at 1:10, supporting our Night Nurse Triage Service, and relish in a 100% outpatient role with no newborn nursery or hospital rounds. 

  • Become a part of our PCMH-accredited, physician-run private practice where you can establish your own patient panel and provide continuity of care.

  • Your in-office schedule will include well-visits, same-day sick visits, chronic follow-ups, and behavioral health visits.

  • Plus, enjoy 2 weeks of vacation that increases if you enter the partnership track, along with a competitive salary!
